How to Care for Long Hair

One thing I have been doing for years is washing my hair everyday.  My parents always taught me the importance of good hygiene and of course made me take showers daily. I Am Loving Blogilates!

Working out is always funner with a cat.

For the past couple of years, I have been laaaaazy. I mean, I come home and sit on the couch all night kind of lazy.  In college, I would walk at least 2 miles a day, so at least I was getting some form of exercise.  I very occasionally go to the gym with K, but I don’t have a membership and $6 a time adds up.
