April 2017 Updates

Hello everyone!

It has been about 6 months since I’ve last written.  I haven’t forgotten about my blog, just have had a lot of different things going on in my life that have taken up most of my attention.  I do, occasionally, like to add a few updates just to keep it a little lively.

I will start out by saying that nothing major has happened in my life in the past 6 months, but then again sometimes it’s the little things in life that build up to the biggest changes.   Continue reading

Chicago: My Favorite Place!

This past weekend, K and I went to our favorite place: Chicago!  We love going there because we get to go to the big Korean market called H-Mart, where there’s The Face Shop and other Korean chain stores, which I just get totally excited about.  H-Mart is great because it’s so inexpensive compared to our local Korean markets.   Continue reading

K and I have started a new tradition, where we go out to eat for Valentine’s Day the week before.  We have tried the past couple of years to go out to eat on Valentine’s Day and we end up just going back home because we could never get into any restaurant.   Continue reading

A Break from Me

I have taken a small break from blogging.  I took off for the past few days from work for vacation. We have the use it or lose it policy when it comes to vacation and my first year is almost up, so I have to use them!  I decided to take these few days off because it was my birthday yesterday and my boyfriend is on Spring Break.  We’ve had a great time just being with one another like we used to when I was still in school.  I forgot how relaxing just being home, not having to do anything feels.    It hasn’t been that way for so long.   Continue reading
