We had beautiful weather this weekend! It was in the low 90s, which is hot, yes, but I love the heat! It’s going to be gone from here soon and that makes me sad. K and I are going to San Diego in February, so I just need to hold out until then. I can have a short break from the cold weather then. Continue reading
One thing I have been doing for years is washing my hair everyday. My parents always taught me the importance of good hygiene and of course made me take showers daily. Daily showering is definitely important, but during my worst periods of anxiety, I would shower twice daily and wash my hair every time I showered. It’s funny that I couldn’t figure out why my hair was so brittle and dull. Continue reading
If I remember correctly, when I first started blogging, I wrote a series of get-to-know-me lists. I looked back to see if I could find them, but I couldn’t. I might have miscalculated the timeline on that. I’m not sure where they are. Anyway, I wanted to introduce myself a bit more as a person and to bring you all a little bit into my world. Working out is always funner with a cat.
For the past couple of years, I have been laaaaazy. I mean, I come home and sit on the couch all night kind of lazy. In college, I would walk at least 2 miles a day, so at least I was getting some form of exercise. I very occasionally go to the gym with K, but I don’t have a membership and $6 a time adds up. Continue reading
I just remembered today is the Superbowl and honestly, I could totally care less. I can’t stand watching football because I don’t have the patience for it, it’s boring to me, and I just actually don’t and don’t wish to understand it. I’d rather sit at home and watch Netflix or write on my blog 🙂 Continue reading
I was reminded today of a post I wrote in 2013 called When Seoul Meets Indiana. I totally forgot about this post and after rereading it today, I had a good laugh and actually teared up a bit. It was good to remember some of what I wrote and it inspired me to write a second post regarding the same subject: my international relationship with K. Continue reading
